    2 Years Warranty

    All UNYKAch products have a guarantee period of 2 years (24 months) through the point of sale, date of purchase invoice.

    ** In case the reseller has closed, he has to fill in the guarantee form and validate that guarantee UNYKAch will proceed to give that guarantee with the general conditions.

    3 Years Warranty

    Management of the limited warranty.

    The management of the guarantee will be carried out directly by the end user with UNYKAch through the following channels:

    Form on the UNYKAch website.

    Transport costs will be covered by the customer until UNYKAch and the return of the product will be borne by UNYKAch as long as the product does not present any defect or circumstance that voids the warranty (see section Voiding the limited warranty).

    Or be in those regions where the management of the guarantee is done through the point of sale (Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands).

    5 Years Warranty

    Management of the limited warranty.

    The management of the guarantee will be carried out directly by the end user with UNYKAch through the following channels:

    Form on the UNYKAch website.

    Cancellation of the limited warranty.

    The limited warranty of UNYKAch products will be canceled in the following cases:

    Breakdown caused by normal wear and tear (fans, hours of operation, power supplies, etc …).

    If the device shows signs of having been manipulated by someone outside of UNYKAch.

    Damages or breakdowns caused by improper use of the product, bumps, accidents, exposure to moisture or heat.

    Damages (cracks, dents, sags, breaks) Damage caused by falls, excess pressure or torsion.

    Damages in any area of the housing caused by sharp or abrasive elements.

    Absence of a proof of purchase of the UNYKAch product that demonstrates place and date of purchase by the end user who manages the guarantee.

    In case the Product does not comply with the guarantee, UNYKAch will return the product free of charge due to the customer without any cost for testing or verification.
