WARRANTY

COLORS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPAIN S.L.U. guarantees that all its hardware products are free from material and manufacturing defects and meet the stated technical specifications.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The legal warranty period is three (3) years from the date of delivery of the product to the end consumer. The delivery date is understood to be the date stated on the invoice or purchase receipt, or on the delivery note if later.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing and material defects.
• Defective operation of the product under normal use.
• Failure to comply with the stated technical specifications.
• Non-conformity with the terms agreed in the purchase agreement.

EXCLUSIONS

The legal warranty does NOT cover the following cases:

• Defects or damages caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, manipulation, or incorrect installation of the product by the user or third parties not authorized by the Manufacturer.
• Damage caused by natural disasters, electrical surges, voltage fluctuations, or any other external cause not inherent to the product.
• Normal wear and tear or deterioration of components due to use.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s operation.
• Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified by personnel not authorized by the Manufacturer.
• Lack of conformity not attributable to the Manufacturer.
• Lack of original proof of purchase or tampering with it.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

To enforce the warranty:

1. Keep the purchase receipt or invoice as proof of purchase date.
2. Contact us at info@colors-it.es describing the problem.
3. Product shipping: We will provide you with instructions for safe shipping of the product.
4. Evaluation: Our technical team will evaluate the product and contact you.
5. Resolution: We will proceed as appropriate: repair, replacement, or refund the amount.

ADDITIONAL COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

This legal warranty does not affect or limit the rights granted to the consumer by current legislation. Any commercial warranty that the Manufacturer may offer in addition to this legal warranty, and where applicable, its conditions, will be clearly and separately communicated.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

In the event of a product non-conformity, the consumer has the right to:

• Repair or Replacement: The Manufacturer will choose, at its discretion, to repair the product or replace it with a new or reconditioned product with similar characteristics and features. Both options will be free of charge for the consumer, including shipping costs, labor, and materials.
• Price Reduction or Termination of the Contract: If repair or replacement is not possible, is not carried out within a reasonable timeframe, or does not cause significant inconvenience to the consumer, the consumer may opt for a price reduction or termination of the contract (refund of the amount paid), unless the lack of conformity is minor.

This guarantee is governed by current Spanish regulations, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
